Use both Scroll and curser position for quickpicker

Hi Joachim!

I switch a lot between mouse and wacom when I use Shader Forge and it's very frustrating to toggle between use scroll in the quickpicker when I switch between them.

Using the scroll is very nice when I'm on the mouse but when I'm on the wacom the quickpicker get unusable. If I disable it, it feels very limited when I'm on the mouse now when you are used to it.

Perfect solution would be to enable both. So that you can both use curser position and scroll to pick. So I can use the best of both whenever I'm on the mouse or wacom.

They can't really work at the same time. The nice thing with having it in mouse mode, is that you can move around the mouse to place the node elsewhere, without affecting which is the currently selected node in the list. This feature would have to be removed if they would both be enabled at the same time. I guess the alternative is to have the hybrid method as a separate option, if you don't care much about being able to move the cursor while picking.
I'll trade that away for the duel mode any day :).

Most of the time I'm placing the curser in position before I hit my shortcut.

I have two other suggestions than, but It's not as elegant as the duel mode.

1) If you hold Shift (or any other key) you can quick enable the curser position and then if you can release the shift key (while still holding your shortcut key)  you have the free placement.
2) While holding your shortcut key pressing Shift (or any other key) will step through the options you have)
