Properties don't fit into the window when they are many

Maximize the window or increase resolution of your monitor. Perhaps rotate the monitor 90 degrees and go with a tall layout instead of a wide one?

If none of the above works, you may need to buy a new, bigger monitor.

(I could also add a scrollbar)

I vote for the scroll bar, its more effort of you and less for us ;)
