Relay node

zoltan erdokovy 10 years ago updated by Freya Holmér (Developer) 10 years ago 8

Relay nodes would do nothing, just pass on incoming values. They would provide a way to control the connector flow, allow the user to guide the links and keep the network tidy. Info about the relayed data could be indicated using an editable label.

Might be useful yeah. I presume it should support multiple outputs as well?

I'd just make the node as small as the basic Value node, one input, one output.

Yeah, but you should still be able to connect the one output multiple times, just like all the other ones :)

Oh right, you meant branching not RGBA slots. Of course then! :)

You can make your own using the code node, for now :D
Indeed it helps. Weirdly I can't link one custom code to another for some reason which limits its use.
Are the input/output types the same?
