What do you mean? Yes, you can open the included PBR shader, which will use the Unity 5 PBR
That guide doesn't really apply anymore, since Unity 5 has built-in IBL. To use that, look at the included PBR example shader to see how to set it up :)
I believe this isn't an issue anymore in Unity 5, though you may not be able to check

You'll need to do blending the way you did before, but modulate the t-values in the lerps based on heightmaps.

The Unity 5 beta isn't supported - the minimum version is 5.0.0f4
