Fake shadow

hi every one . is it possible to have a plane that has a custome shadow ?
that mean . create new shader and when the shadow is on surface opacity be 1 and when there is no shadow on a plane opacity comes to 0 . in face we have only dynamic shadow on the plane .similar transparent that active with shadow . tnx
