Tree Billboard?

Hey guys, why isnt there any "Tree Billboard" type of shader out there on the community? i see now we got the "Billboard" under "Vertex Positioning", but is there a way to lock it to Y rotation or smthing like dat?

This is prob so easy thats why i dont find it? :)
