panner and texture connection bug/crash
I got a crash, when I try to have a panner connected to the uvs of a texture, then i get a channel from the texture and try to connect to the dist of the same panner. Quite obvious I can't do that, but it crashes anyway.

This should be fixed in 0.17 now :)
