Sprite Shader not working in builds

I built this shader, which does what I want in the editor, but when I build (I tried WebGL and Mac Standalone), the objects with this shader don't show up at all.

I added it to the Graphics Settings' "Always Included Shaders", like mentioned in this post : https://answers.unity.com/questions/982525/shader-not-working-in-build-1.html

I checked the list of Targets in the Shader Settings but there is nothing related to the builds I'm targetting.

I'm using Unity 5.6.1p1.

Any update here. This is quite an issue. There is no point in making shaders that only work in the editor...
