Unity 5.3 animations flicker on first run with "Allow using atlased sprites" on
This wasn't an issue before 5.3, but if I have a sprite shader with "Allow using atlased sprites" checked on, the sprites will always flicker whenever an animation runs for the first time. After all the frames have run, it won't flicker again after that. Turning this checkbox off seems to prevent the flickering.

Actually I'm not so sure about this anymore. This might be a problem on Unity's side. :(
