OSX Color Picker doesn't work?

tom3d 11 years ago updated by Freya Holmér (Developer) 11 years ago 9

Hey there,

Seems as the using the OSX Color Picker does currently not work. Not using the OSX native color picker leads to the color not being updated properly as secondary bug.

Looks like this was fixed in Alpha 0.12

What happens when you click the color picker in both cases?

Does the window defocus, as if something did try to pop up but disappeared immediately?

Could you elaborate "color not being updated properly"?

Thanks for the bug report :)

Native OSX Color Picker = You can pick a color but it won't update the values.

Unity Color Picker = Seems to be working fine now (must have been a glitch).

I am getting this error when using OSX Color Picker:

NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object

UnityEditor.ColorPicker.OnDestroy ()

UnityEditor.EditorApplication:Internal_CallUpdateFunctions()

Yup confirmed - broke on OSX

This seems to be working fro me in A0.12

Using OSX and Unity Colour Picker (Unity 4.3)

So both color pickers work on OSX now?

Well they are for me :)

I'll mark it as fixed then, thanks for checking!
