Can't cancel a node drop

After selecting a node, you can't cancel it without placing it. Very small UI thing, but it's really annoying to have to reach over to the delete key every time I accidentally click the wrong node.

This is now fixed in 0.04. You can cancel either by selecting another node on the right, or by right clicking in the node view :)
