stuck on shader forge 1.18, asset store only downloads 1.18 instead of 1.20

I've deleted my entire shaderforge directory, and the downloaded package within my roaming appdata, but still when I click download and import, the asset store serves me 1.18

restarting unity and shader forge continue to confirm this.
any ideas what might be going on?
