Change pivot point in preview window.

When loading a custom mesh in the preview window, it currently rotates around the pivot point. While that makes sense, I think it would be preferred if it was centered around the bounding box. Ideally giving us the ability to pan and zoom would be great.
I mainly deal with characters which usually have vertically long bounding boxes, so it would be great to see them all in the preview box.

Mesh preview zooming and centering is now implemented in 0.06!

Panning is a separate matter which consequentially has secondary additional requirements (Such as a camera reset button, camera camera pan distance limitations etc.).

Feel free to make a new post on camera panning if you want :)
