Bug scrolling windows

When i update unity to 5.1 and now to 5.1.1 it broken scrolling in shader forge. I try 1.13, 1.15, 1.16 version. I can not scrolling inside window shader forge. Not for node part, not for node list in right and not for context menu. What happens?

Odd, no idea what could cause that :(
Try a clean reinstall of SF: http://acegikmo.com/shaderforge/faq/?Q=erroronnewversion#erroronnewversion

Thanks for answer. I found what happened. This is bug in my mouse driver. A4 Tech TL9. I connect my old mouse and scroll is works correctly. When i enable "Gaming mode" in mouse A4 Tech software - scroll began works.
