foliage shader distant shadows bleed through

With the foliage shader in the demo scene, it displays correctly, buy once you open the Shader Forge editor, then close it, it starts drawing distant shadows on top of the model, in the image the shadows of the torus and refraction frame are seen through/ontop of the leaves.
Are you on deferred or forward rendering?
Ahh that is deferred I guess, I am in Unity Indie, I didn't realise I had any of the deferred functionality, but it was set to deferred in the player settings.
Strange, free shouldn't support it yeah. Closing this anyhow, as the deferred compatibility has been reported multiple times :)
