DX11 Depth Maps are offset to color output
Depth Maps (here visualization from the "Visualize" checkbox of "Depth of Field Scatter" effect) are incorrect when using DX11 tesselation + displacement + vertex offset. I couldn't track down what is actually wrong with it, but the results are definitely wrong.
Expected output: depth buffer aligns with color buffer.
