Sheen Properties - Sheen Material

I was curious if it was possible to add a Sheen attribute - similar to the one already in basic Unity materials. I'm wanting to do a sheen scroll over my mesh and wasn't sure how that would be done in Shader forge or if it's even possible.

That's definitely possible - though you should ask this in the forums rather than here :)
All the info you need to make a shader like that is available on the Wiki - check out the UV section!

Hope this illustrates, let me know if I'm not being clear. There's a default material in Unity that allows a sheen texture to scroll over the exisiting material/texture.
