Directional lightmaps (also single and dual) in v. 1.06

Hi, 
First of all, thank you for this fantastic software.

I searched the internet for solutions but I am having trouble with the lightmap support in Shader Forge.
Directional lightmaps and even Single Lightmaps render my mesh pink.

Attached you can find a screenshot of my issue. I am using the latest version (v1.06)

That's odd. Is this in Unity 5 or Unity 4?
