Normal maps from Blender or Substance painter appear convex/concave.

Hi!

I have a lot of models made in Blender, with normal maps baked in either Blender or Substance painter. When using Shader Forge with any of those, any surface appears either as slightly concave or convex instead of flat. This same behaviour doesn't seem to happen in the Standard Unity shader.

The normal maps are baked from a high poly furniture piece, onto a smooth shaded low poly object with no hard edges.

Is there any way to either use the tangent/bitangent/normal direction nodes with a normal map image node to achieve a corrected effect?

Using latest Shader Forge on Unity 5.6.1 and in 2017.
