Output from Clamp Node Erroneous?
Feeding the various RGB channels from a Texture 2D into a Clamp produces unexpected results.
STEPS:
- Create a Texture 2D
- Create a Clamp
- Create a Value, set to 0
- Create a Value, set to 1
- Wire the R channel of the texture to the 1st Input of the Clamp
- Wire the 0 Value to the Min input of the Clamp
- Wire the 1 Value to the Max input of the Clamp
RESULT:
The preview thumbnail of the clamp is red.
DESIRED:
Shouldn't the preview thumbnail be greyscale? Does this indicate an issue with the Clamp node?
