Specify Shader fallbacks

The fallback at the end of the shader, I often create a 'cascade' of 2 or 3 ever simplified shaders with lower shader LOD's and only fallback to the default Unity ones at the very end. 


This could also be handled with Shader Keywords possibly even thought I am not sure how you would know which one to fall back to :(
