If you disconnect the Skyshop nodes, does it work?

Hm. I think you may need both when doing deferred. Try plugging something into both gloss and spec, and make sure it's only one channel instead of three or two. (Use the R output rather than the RGB output)
No idea what could cause that, unless your mesh simply get seams when you offset it. Does vertex offset do the same?

Did you check the Unity console? (The one outside SF)
That's really strange... Are you 100% sure you aren't getting any errors? As in, when you open the shader
