Unity 5.6.1f1

Color Space: Liner

HDR: enable

MSAA: disable

Bloom: SE Natural Bloom & Dirty Lens, Post Processing Stack

Model:GP30

Solved, this is topology problem cause by original author. It is very easy to fix in 3ds Max.
