Ability to change the outline mesh face culling
Right now, the outline option is really streamlined to create outlines and nothing else. But actually, there are a lot of things we can do with a second pass of offset geometry.
One example of something I do is create really cheap and simple shadows for some of our in-game UI gizmos (like in the following screenshot).
The only thing missing is the ability to specify if the outline is frontface culled, or backface culled.
I realize this is a pretty specific use, but I'm just throwing the idea around. There could be tons of other things we could do with this...

This probably won't make it into SF1, but SF2 should have support for multi-pass shaders, where you can specify exactly what each pass should do

Sounds good! Multi-pass shaders would kick serious ass ( not that SF isn't already...)
