A node that takes the black to white values of a preceeding shader tree and colours them along a gradient.

This is already be possible, no? It's just a regular texture, but it has a gradient instead :) The difference is that UDK automatically converts the Vector1 input to Vector2 (Which, SF will do later as well)

Oh, that's cool. Had no idea it's be that simple. A vectorised gradient would be nice, but this'll do for now.
