Shadows disappear and reappear when toggling DX11

When I open a project and scene that has shadows enabled and DX11 rendering enabled for the project the shadows are not visible. When I go into the Project Settings > Player and toggle DX11 off and back on the shadows reappear.

Does this only happen on SF shaders, or does it happen to the built-in ones as well?
